Orders can be shipped on the same day if received by 1:00 pm PST. However majority of all the orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received. If payment is received during a weekend or holiday, shipment will take place the very next business day.
All orders will be standard ground shipping which can generally take up to 1-7 business days within USA. However standard freight shipping will be use instead if order contains items over 150 lbs, large heavy packages and/ or fragile items. Delivery may be postponed due to the holidays and/ or unexpected delays.
For buyer’s protection, Salon CA can only ship to the shipping address provided along with your payment. No exception.
Shipping to an alternative address or change of address during a shipment in transit is not permitted.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. It is buyer’s responsibility for all related fees for expedited shipping.
For refusal delivery on non-damaged items, the buyer will be responsible for a % restocking fee and all shipping charges, going to destination and returning to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our facility, all fees will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of the original payment
Signature confirmation is not required on standard ground shipping unless required for additional cost.

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, Salon CA will replace or send out replacement parts at our discretion. We must be contacted within 7 days after delivery date for acknowledgement of damages; we will not be responsible for replacement anything after 7 days.
We will not be held responsible for loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from use of our merchandise.
We neither assumes any responsibility nor shall be liable for any injury, damages and loss wages in lieu of all other warranties and condition except the warranty of title.
Buyer is responsible for assembly of merchandise and replacement parts.
All returns or exchanged merchandise must be in new condition, original packaging and must include all material, manuals and accessories.
